1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by AGA Digital Agency LLC, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services

AGA Digital Agency LLC provides digital marketing services including but not limited to SEO, PPC advertising, social media marketing, content strategy, web development, and analytics reporting.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Timely payment of invoices
  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Providing necessary access to platforms and accounts
  • Reviewing and approving work in a timely manner

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees. Services may be suspended for non-payment.

5. Intellectual Property

All original content, strategies, and materials created by AGA Digital Agency LLC remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, specified deliverables transfer to the client.

6. Limitation of Liability

AGA Digital Agency LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States.
